From the Ground Up: Bridgestone’s New Nevada Operational Hub

Our team successfully transformed an acre of raw land into a high-performing facility for Bridgestone in Gardnerville, NV. The project features a 7,300 SF prefabricated metal building supported by a 23,000 SF landscaped parking area, both meticulously designed to optimize operational efficiency and site accessibility.

Developing this facility required comprehensive site infrastructure, including new utilities, a power pole, and a water retention basin. Our team also managed vital off-site improvements, coordinating closely with the Nevada DOT to ensure seamless integration with the surrounding infrastructure.
